School Choice

INFORMATION REGARDING THE SCHOOL CHOICE PROCESS

TANTASQUA

Under Forms and Documents on this website you will find the "School Choice Application - Tantasqua” form.  This form will only be accepted between January 1st and March 31st of each year for attendance in the following school year.

A lottery will be held on the first Monday in April at 10:00 a.m.  The number of students selected will be based solely on the number of spaces available for each grade 7, 8, 9, and 10. 

Students who are not chosen in the lottery round will be placed on a wait list which will be in effect until December 31st.  Should a space become available during that time, applicants will be notified in the order of their wait list number.  After December 31st the process is null and void and will begin again in January for the following August.

BROOKFIELD - HOLLAND - WALES

Under Forms and Documents on this website you will find the School Choice Application forms for Brookfield, Holland, and Wales.   This form will only be accepted between January 1st and March 31st of each year for attendance in the following school year.

A lottery will be held on the first Monday in April at 10:00 a.m.  The number of students selected will be based solely on the number of spaces available for each grade K-6. 

Students who are not chosen in the lottery round will be placed on a wait list which will be in effect until December 31st.  Should a space become available during that time, applicants will be notified in the order of their wait list number.  After December 31st the process is null and void and will begin again in January for the following August.
